LEGISLATION Local fishing vessel defined as fishing vessel at least halfowned by national of Cameroon or another state with which reciprocal agreement concluded. -Where vessels belong to a company, registered office must be in Cameroon, the Chairman of the Board, the General Manager and majority of members of the Board must be Cameroon nationals, and at least 50% of the share capital must be held by Cameroon nationals or nationals of another state with which a reciprocal agreement has been concluded.
