As explained in the background, the main task during the consultancy was the preparation of two fully complete project documents and a project assistance proposal. This required extensive consultation and discussion, as well as substantial periods of drafting. The documents were submitted to FAOR Islamabad for further discussions and consultations, and copies left with FAO Rome. Due to their size, they are not appended here, but would be available for further consultation at either location.
