4. The Committee adopted the Agenda shown in Appendix A. The documents which were before the Committee are listed in Appendix C.
5. A Drafting Committee was appointed consisting of representatives of: Argentina, Australia, Canada, Congo, Egypt, Fiji, France, India, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Spain, Uganda and the United Kingdom. It elected as its Chairman, Mr. S.P. Jakhanwal (India) and Mr. J. Stoneman (U.K.) as Vice-Chairman.
