1.The Hundred and Tenth Session of the Council was held in Rome on 2 and 3 November 1995, under the Chairmanship of J.R. López Portillo, Independent Chairman of the Council.
2.The Council adopted the Agenda as given in Appendix A to this Report.
3.The Council elected as Vice-Chairmen for the session: D. Sands Smith (United Kingdom), F. Gerbasi (Venezuela) and Ms T. Striggner Scott (Ghana).
4.The Council decided to have a small group chaired by the Independent Chairman of the Council and comprising Australia, Cameroon, Egypt, Gabon, United Kingdom, United States of America and Venezuela to draft its report on Items 7, 8 and 9.
5.The Council paid tribute to the work of Mr Vikram Shah, former Deputy Director-General and Director of the Office of Programme, Budget and Evaluation, and wished him well in his retirement.
