Establishment of a Small Milk Processing and Marketing Unit for Smallholders

The project will provide two groups of milk producers with technical support and minimum equipment for the establishment and sustainable operation of the small-scale milk processing enterprises. The model enterprises will be replicated sustainably in other regions of the country. It is also expected to encourage rural milk producers to produce improved quality and quantity of milk, which is required for the improved milk processing.
