Non-UN secondments to FAO

Non-UN Secondments to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations are individuals who have agreements in the form of contracts between a particular institution or government agency and the FAO in terms of loaning an official or expert for a specific period of time.

These individuals leave their normal positions in their home countries to fulfill specific activities and tasks that fit the overall mandate and objectives of the FAO.
