Going to the basics: ration balancing to enhance animal productivity. An International Workshop was held to promote ration balancing at farmers' doors. It was decided to: a) set up a Ration Balancing Program for both small and large scale farmers; b) initiate a Latin American Animal Nutrition Network, and c) set up a task force for developing a template for collation of country-wise data on feed resources.
