08:00-09:00	Registration/The 59th Executive Committee Meeting (for Ex-Com. Members: - India, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Thailand, and Sri Lanka only)
09:00-09:30	Opening Ceremony (for the over-all functions, will include the chief guest/guests of honour from GOB, OIE, AGA, FAOR, and APHCA)

(Dhaka, Bangladesh, 6-9 November 2000)

The Executive Committee (Chairman - delegate from India, Vice-Chairman - delegate from the Philippines and Executive Committee Members - delegates from Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Thailand and Sri Lanka) meet prior to the 24^th APHCA Session to make pre-decision for induction of the next Executive Committee and pre-endorse the over-all provisional agenda.
