FOR THE INFORMATION OF THE PARTICIPANTS

1. Those delegates and observers who have not yet registered may please do so at the Conference Reception Desk, located in the Lobby of the Soaltee Crowne Plaza Hotel, from 0830 to 1800 hours.

2. Country Statements: Please inform the Conference Secretary of the time preferred to make your country statement.

To facilitate the work of the interpreters, it would be greatly appreciated if prepared texts of speeches could be submitted in advance, in five typewritten copies, to the Conference Secretary, Rooms 103 and 105, ground floor, Soaltee Crowne Plaza Hotel.

HMG Nepal will host a reception and dinner for the 26th APRC participants in the Soaltee Crowne Plaza Hotel at 1830 hours, Wednesday, 15 May 2002.

3. The Director-General of FAO, Jacques Diouf, will host a reception for the registered 26th APRC participants in the garden outside the Megha Malhar Hall at 1830 hours, Thursday, 16 May 2002.

4. A pre-Conference NGO/CSO Regional Consultation on WFS:fyl was held at the Radisson Hotel, Conference Hall during 11 – 12 May 2002. The findings of the Regional Consultation will be reported to the 26th APRC.
