* Two of the documents presented at the Consultation are not included in the Annexes. These are: (1) Gerald Moore, Coastal State Requirements for Foreign Fishing, which is available on request from the FAO Legal Office as Legislative Study No. 21, Rev. 1; and (2) Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for the Law of the Sea UNCLOS, the Legal Regime with Respect to Fisheries under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, with a brief history of the Negotiations Leading up to the Adoption of the Convention (Preliminary Draft). This was a "preliminary draft" which has now been finalized and presented as an Information Paper to COFI, COFI/83/Inf. 7.
