The BSRSI is a global change research program in the Department of Geography at Michigan State University. It develops an interdisciplinary approach to understanding global change, at both regional and global scales, through the integration of both physical and social sciences.

Environmental Change Network (ECN)

This site, founded in 1992, represents the UK's integrated long-term environmental monitoring network. It is designed to collect, store, analyse and interpret long-term data based on a set of key physical, chemical and biological variables which drive and respond to environmental change.

Global Change Data and Information System (GCDIS)
GCDIS is a cooperative activity of agencies participating in the U.S. Global Research Program (USGCRP). The site includes multidisciplinary data from atmospheric science, ecology, oceanography, as well as economics and sociology.

Global Change and Terrestrial Ecosystems (GCTE)

GCTE aims to predict the effects and consequences of changes in climate, atmospheric composition, and land use in terrestrial ecosystems including agricultural and production forest systems.

International Geosphere Biosphere Programme (IGBP)

The International Geosphere-Biosphere Programme (IGBP) is an interdisciplinary scientific activity established and sponsored by the International Council for Science (ICSU). It acquires basic scientific data on the interactive biological and chemical processes that relate to global change.

International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC)
ITC is the largest institute for international higher education in the Netherlands. It aims to assist industrializing countries in the development of aerospace surveys, remote sensing applications, and the establishment and management of geo-information systems.

International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) Net

IISD aims to promote sustainable development in decision making internationally and within Canada. The site includes political analysis, information on best practices and demonstrations on how to measure progress.

Long-Term Ecological Research (LTER) Program
