notes 1. Le 6 février 2003, le Directeur général reçut une notification l’informant que le nom de « République fédérale de Yougoslavie » était modifié en « Serbie-et-Monténégro ». Le 12 juin 2006, le Directeur général a reçu une nouvelle notification l’informant qu’en application de l'article 60 de la Charte constitutionnelle de l'Union étatique de Serbie-et-Monténégro entrée en vigueur le 3 juin 2006 au titre de la Déclaration d’indépendance adoptée par l’Assemblée nationale du Monténégro, la République de Serbie conservait le statut d’État Membre qui fut celui de la « Serbie-et-Monténégro » au sein de la FAO et de tous ses organes, et que le nom de « République de Serbie » devait en conséquence être utilisé en lieux et place du nom « Serbie-et-Monténégro ».

Myanmar (Déclaration concernant l’article 22 faite à l’adhésion):
« Le gouvernement de l’Union du Myanmar déclare que, dans le cas d’un différend survenant entre les Parties contractantes relatif à l’interprétation ou à l’application du Traité international sur les ressources phytogénétiques pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture, Myanmar recourra à l’arbitrage prévu à l’article 22.3(a). A ce propos, Myanmar accepte l’arbitrage conduit en conformité aux dispositions de la Partie 1 de l’Appendice II du Traité. »

(3) "In accordance with the provision of Article 22.3 Sweden declares that for a dispute not resolved in accordance with Article 22.1 or Article 22.2 it accepts as compulsory the dispute settlement provisions in Article 22.3(a)."
