The development of the Participation Website has benefited from a participatory process of discussion and exchange of ideas among interested FAO staff members. The website design and development have benefited from the contribution of several consultants, FAO staff and the assistance of various FAO units. A Participation Website Team facilitates the conceptual and technical development and takes care of the regular maintenance, updating and promotion of the Website. The Gender, Equity and Rural Employment Division (ESW) provides financial support to this website.
