Profile Requirements: E-MAIL SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER
General Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English;
- Experience in and ability to work in a team.
Essential technical skills and experience:
- Concrete experience in system software maintenance and support of Windows Server editions (Windows 2000, Windows 2003) in a multi-user environment;
- Experience in the support of Email products (Exchange 2000, Exchange 2003);
- Solid understanding of email protocol (SMTP, POP3, IMAP);
- In-depth knowledge of email monitoring;
- Experience using Active Directory;
- Ability to solve problems in a timely and tactful manner.
Desirable skills:
- Ability to participate in client meetings in English and write specifications in English;
- Experience configuring Linux/Unix MTAs;
- Experience configuring Public folder registries;
- Experience supporting PC products;
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN.
