Profile Requirements: Network Support Specialist (NSS)
General Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English;
- Experience in and ability to work in a team.
Essential technical skills and experience:
- Experience in supporting large scale LAN and WAN environments;
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco switches and routers;
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols;
- Experience in using network management and monitoring tools;
Desirable skills:
- Experience with deploying and supporting Clientless VPNs gateways;
- Experience with the evaluation and deployment of WiFi networks;
- Experience with the evaluation and deployment of LAN, WAN and Internet streaming technologies;
- Some knowledge of French or Spanish;
