Profile Requirements: WINDOWS SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER (SSO)
General Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English;
- Experience in and ability to work in a team.
Essential technical skills and experience:
- Concrete experience in system software maintenance and support of Windows Server editions ( NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003) in a multi-user environment;
- Experience in the support of Windows Server ancillary products, such as Backup, Anti-Virus, Monitoring tools knowledge;
- In-depth knowledge of servers and peripherals support;
- Solid understanding of network-based services;
- Experience using Active Directory;
- Ability to solve problems timely and tactfully.
Desirable skills:
- Ability to participate in client meetings in English and write specifications in English;
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN;
- Experience using PC products;
- Experience configuring and using IIS and Tomcat servers.
