Profile Requirements: UNIX SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER
(SSO)
General Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English;
- Experience in and ability to work in a team.
Essential technical skills and experience:
- Experience in supporting UNIX Servers ( HP-UX, Solaris, Linux) in a multi-user environment, including use of backup and system support tools;
- Experience with web and web application software (Apache, Tomcat);
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner and work independently;
Desirable skills:
- Ability to participate in client meetings in English and write specifications in English;
- Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN;
- Understanding of network-based services and Oracle RDBMS.
