Profile Requirements: Business Analyst
Description:
- Under the direct supervision of the relevant team manager, the consultant will participate in initiation and formulation of information systems projects by analyzing business and user requirements; plan and run workshops with key stakeholders; writing specifications; and maging testing activities.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience of identifying business needs and solutions to business problems;
- Ability to plan and run workshops to elicit, validate and prioritise business and user requirements;
- Working knowledge of English;
- Experience and ability to work in team;
- Seven years relevant experience.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in one or more of the organisation's substantive areas of expertise;
- Experience of organizational information systems planning;
- Experience with Prince2 or another project management method;
- Knowledge of other working languages of the organization.
