General Requirements:
- Working knowledge of English and one of French/Spanish/Chinese/Arabic.
- Experience in and ability to work in a team.
- Aptitude to precision and detail.
Essential technical skills and experience:
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages: OWL, Java.
- Excellent knowledge of Ontologies Modelling techniques and tools.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, RDBMS (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Good knowledge of thesaurus and thesaurus maintenance systems.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Experience in multilingual databases and web sites.
- Knowledge of XSL and XSLT.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing techniques.
- Experience with Object Oriented DBs.
- Experience with Web Services.
