IS/ICT Security Administration - FAO Bangkok office

Profile Requirements: IS/ICT SECURITY ADMINISTRATION - FAO BANGKOK OFFICE

FAO maintains an Offshore Systems Development and Support Centre in Bangkok's Pinklao district. We are currently hiring consultants to perform information security administration tasks including: managing network, email, Oracle ERP and other FAO application accounts; troubleshooting user access problems; logging all activities; producing periodic security reports and assisting in monitoring and troubleshooting anti-virus and anti-malware defences in FAO’s world-wide network.

• Legal right to live and work in Thailand;
• Working knowledge of English; and
• Experience and ability to work in a team.

Essential technical skills and experience:

• Familiarity with working in a Microsoft Windows network environment including windows file/print server administration and configuration of firewalls and routers.
• Familiarity with tools for security administration in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
• Familiarity with tools for managing user accounts and responsibilities in Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with configuration of workstations including local user management and installation/configuration of hardware/software including anti-virus and anti-malware software systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Desirable skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange administration.
• Experience in using Oracle ERP applications.
• Fluency in Arabic, Chinese, French or Spanish.
