Personal information

Please enter your personal details on this tab and attach any documents pertinent to your application (cover letter, additional information, CV, additional IT skills etc.) If applicable, attach a list of publications specifying the Title, Month and Year of publication & the Journal/ Publisher.

Once you log onto iRecruitment the My Account screen will be displayed as shown below. This screen will contain basic information entered at the time of registration.

i FAO employees or Ex employees will find that the majority of information on this screen is already completed.

i If you wish to view your application in a printable format follow the steps below:

Click on the Save button to ensure the latest information you have entered is registered.

Click on the Refresh my resume button.

The screen below will be displayed. Use the Back button to return to your account.

The preview icon will appear on the bottom of the page. Clicking on this icon will display the printable version of your application. For more information on how to print click here.

1. Update the following fields in the Basic Details section as required:

SurnameThis value is defaulted
Middle NameIf applicable enter your middle name
Maiden nameIf applicable enter your maiden name
E mail addressThis value is defaulted
Birth Date (M)Enter your birth date by clicking calendar or entering the date in the DD-MMM-YYYY format
Gender (M) Click the dropdown dropdown list and select the appropriate value
Marital StatusClick the dropdown dropdown list and select the appropriate value
Present Nationality 1
Present Nationality 2
Present Nationality 3
Enter your present nationality/ies by using the torch
Permanent Residence: CountryEnter the country of your permanent residence by using the torch

2. Update the following fields in the Address section as required:

warning The address format will change depending on the country chosen.

3. Update the following fields in the Phone Numbers section as required:

Home address phone numberEnter your home phone number including the country code. (e.g 39 for Italy)
Mobile Enter your mobile number if applicable
Times to call dropdownEnter the time that would be most suitable for you to be contacted.

4.

4.1 If you do not wish to create any attachments click Save .

A confirmation message will be displayed at the top of your screen:

4.2 a. If you have any a cover letter, relevant publications, legal convictions or any other documentation you wish to attach in the Documents section, click on the button to attach them.

The Upload Document screen below will be displayed:

4.2b Update the following fields as required:

FieldDescription
File Path (M)Click Browse and find the file you wish to attach
Description Enter a brief description of the file you are attaching
File Type (M) dropdownSelect from the dropdown dropdown list the type of file you are attaching.

4.2c. Click Upload.

A confirmation message will be displayed at the top of your screen:
