Clear Internet Files and Delete Cookies
Clear temporary Internet files
Ensure your temporary internet files have been cleared.
1. Navigate to your Internet Options Window by clicking on Tools> Internet Options in the menu toolbar.
2. On the General tab navigate to the Temporary Internet Files region and click on the Delete Files button.
The Delete Files window will be displayed:
3. Tick the check box for Delete all off-line content.
4. Click OK to confirm
Delete Cookies
Ensure you have cleared temporary cookies.
1. Navigate to your Internet Options Window by clicking on Tools> Internet Options in the menu toolbar.
2. On the General navigate to the Temporary Internet Files section and click on the Delete Cookies button.
