External Applicant

Below are instructions for external applicants on how to become a registered user with iRecruitment.

1. From the FAO Employment Website screen shown below click on the vacancy you are interested in. You can identify vacancies being piloted in iRecruitment by their number which starts with ‘ IRC’ .

If you select a vacancy being piloted in iRecruitment the Vacancy description will be displayed:

Click the ‘ Visit the iRecruitment website’ link shown above to display the Welcome to iRecruitment Guidelines Home page:

Click the Enter iRecruitment link for external applicants and the iRecruitment Home page will be displayed as shown below:

If you are a registered user logon by completing the fields Email and Password

If you are an ex FAO employee click the link indicated above.

If you have not registered before follow the steps below

3. If you are a new user to register click on the button in the Login section.

4. The Registration page below will be displayed:

5. Update the following fields in the Your Details section as required:

Field	Description
E mail	Enter an e mail address where you wish to be contacted and where you will receive communications regarding your application.
Family Name	Enter your surname
First Name	Enter your first name

6. Update the following fields in the Your Password section as required:

Field	Description
Password	Enter your password for this site
Confirm Password	Re enter your password

7. Click

8. The Create Account screen will be displayed:

9. Click to create your account and agree to the terms outlined in the disclaimer.

The My Account screen will be displayed as shown below:
