FAO Employee

If you are currently an FAO employee, please send an email providing your first name, surname, index No. and Division to iRecruitment@fao.org to request access. This measure is restricted to the pilot phase and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

As an FAO employee you will log on through FARMS (FAO Administrative Management System) to access iRecruitment, create your online application, search for vacancies and apply for positions.

Below are instructions on how to logon to FAO iRecruitment as an FAO Employee.

1. Click on the IE internet icon on your desktop to view the FAO intranet page.

2. Click on “Logon to FAO Administrative Resource Management System/ Administrative Applications” link circled below.

3. Click on the FAO Administrative Resource Management System link

4. The log on page will be displayed as shown below:

5. Enter your username and password. Once logged on to HRMS select from your responsibilities FAO Employee Candidate > iRecruitment Home

The iRecruitment Home tab shown below will be displayed.

6. Click on My Account

The Personal Information Tab will be displayed as shown below:

Update the necessary information contained in each tab. Click here for more information on how to create your FAO online application.

Click the Jobs tab to view jobs. Click here for more information on how to browse current vacancies.
