Highlights from the opening of International Scientific Symposium on Food and Nutrition Security Information

Experts from around the globe are gathering at FAO for a symposium (17-19 January) to discuss recent advances in measuring food and nutrition security and evaluating the impacts of related programmes and policies. They are looking at how new and better information on hunger and malnutrition can be more effectively linked to national and international policymaking.
