In accordance with Article V-6 of the FAO Constitution, all FAO Members and Observers of the Committee on Fisheries (COFI) are kindly invited to the 19th Session of the Sub-Committee on Fish Trade, which will be held from 11 to 15 September 2023 in Bergen, Norway.

The Session will be conducted in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish.

By the deadline of 28 July 2023, designated representatives of FAO Members must have their nominations submitted through the FAO Members Gateway, accessible at www.fao.org/members-gateway/en/.

COFI Observers who intend to attend the Session must complete a form available at bit.ly/COFI-FT-19-Observer-Registration by 28 July 2023.

Participants are entirely responsible for determining if and how to obtain a visa. Participants who require a visa to enter Norway are encouraged to submit their application to the appropriate authority as soon as possible. Participants are urged to check whether a transit visa is required for travel that includes a stopover in a third country.
