Communicating to Inspire Change: BRICS Dialogue on Nutrition
On Wednesday, 22 October 2014, FAO will host representatives from the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) for the second event in its communication series, “Communicating to Inspire Change: Dialogue on Nutrition”. The series aims to raise awareness and stimulate debate around the importance of nutrition as we approach the Second International Conference on Nutrition (ICN2) in November. This particular discussion will centre on the experience and perspective of BRICS countries on the issues of food security and nutrition.
The event will take place in FAO headquarters at 15:00 hours, and will also be webcast live on www.fao.org/icn2. Attendees, both in person and online, are encouraged to use the hashtag #ICN2 on Twitter and Facebook to join the discussion.
