Early March 2019 the GSP launched the video contest on soil erosion to offer participants the opportunity to share their testimonies on soil erosion while raising awareness about the threats it poses.
This contest addressed farmers, extension agents, students, researchers, policy makers, businesses and NGOs. Among the 25 videos received, the GSP selected six finalists based on adherence to the theme, technical validity, scientific accuracy, creativity and video quality. A 1-week public voting phase on youtube to select the winner followed. The winner was announced at the closure ceremony of the Symposium.
1. Aynoq'as y Taqanas - Bolivia
