Corporate Baseline Survey: working with FAO for a better world

The survey will be conducted through a facilitated event at country level, where the survey will be introduced, the questionnaire presented and each respondent will be asked to individually complete relevant sections during the event.

Data collection

In each of the additional 42 sample countries, data collection will be managed by the FAO country office.

In most of the countries, respondents will be asked to reply to the relevant section(s) of the questionnaire directly through e-mail,with the possibility of follow-up meetings with FAO staff to support completion by respondents by a given deadline.

In countries where a considerable number of respondents is involved (i.e. three sections of the questionnaire or more), the survey may be conducted through a specific data collection event, where an external facilitator will introduce the survey and explain its purpose; present the questionnaire; and ask each respondent to individually complete relevant sections during the event.

The HQ help desk, and regional focal points, will provide technical guidance and support to FAO country offices during the whole process.
