18 November 2013, Rome, Italy - FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva met with First Lady of the Republic of Mozambique Maria Da Luz Dai Guebuza in Rome on Friday to discuss national and regional food security issues.
During the meeting at FAO’s Rome headquarters, the Director-General called for Mozambique’s support for food security efforts in African Portuguese-Speaking Countries (PALOP), where FAO is already providing a regional Technical Cooperation Programme.
