26 de abril 2014, Roma- El Director General de la FAO, José Graziano da Silva, mantuvo hoy un encuentro con el canciller de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Elías Jaua, en el marco de su visita a Roma para participar en los actos de canonización de los papas Juan XXIII y Juan Pablo II.

23 April 2014, Meknes, Morocco – FAO Director-General Graziano da Silva met today with Morocco’s Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries Aziz Akhannouch, on the margins of the seventh  Forum on Agriculture in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Minister Akhannouch thanked the Director-General for attending the event and highlighted the positive impact his presence was having at this important forum.

28 March 2014, Tunis, Tunisia – FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva met today with Mauritius’ Minister of Agro Industry and Food Security Satya Veyash Faugoo, on the sidelines of FAO’s 28th Regional Conference for Africa in Tunis.

The FAO chief congratulated Mauritius for its active role in fisheries management in the region, and for its efforts developing aquaculture for food security.
