Sergo Karapetyan refers to nutrition as “one of the most critical topics in the global affairs”

21 November 2014 - FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva today met with Armenia’s Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan, who is in Rome to attend the Second International Conference on Nutrition (ICN2) taking place this week.

The Minister welcomed the ICN-2 initiative and emphasised the importance of nutrition as “one of the most critical topics in the global affairs”.

21 November 2014, Rome - FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva today met with Minister for Agriculture of Azerbaijan Heydar Asadov, attending the Second International Conference on Nutrition (ICN2) in Rome.

During the meeting, the Minister highly appreciated FAO’s leadership in the “successful conduct” of the ICN2, which, according to Asadov, “will be recognized as a major achievement in the global nutrition and food security agenda”.

Chioro ressalta o papel da FAO e da OMS no seguimento aos compromissos assumidos

Roma, 20 de novembro de 2014 – O Ministro da Saúde do Brasil, Arthur Chioro, parabenizou o Diretor-Geral da FAO, José Graziano da Silva, pelo “sucesso inequestionável” da Segunda Conferência Internacional sobre Nutrição (CIN2).
