FAO and IOM leaders meet at First International Humanitarian Forum in Riyadh

FAO Director-General rallies African leaders to redouble efforts to build resilience, achieve Zero Hunger

19 February 2018, Ouagadougou – The Government of Burkina Faso and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) today signed a new host agreement in the country’s capital.

The host agreement cancels the previous agreement signed in 1978, and was officially initialled by the Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Minister Alpha Barry and by FAO’s Director-General José Graziano Da Silva.
