18 February 2014, Rome – FAO Director-General José Graziano da Silva met with Luc Oyoubi,  Minister for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food Security of Gabon at FAO headquarters today. He congratulated the newly appointed minister and thanked him for participating in FAO’s Regional Conference for Africa.
