PRESS CONFERENCE: 2 June 2015, FAO Regional Office for Africa (Accra, Ghana)

Published concurrently with the 2015 edition of the annual State Of Food Insecurity in the World (SOFI) report (SOFI 2015), the first Africa report - FAO Regional Overview of the Food Insecurity in Sub-Saharan Africa -AFRICAN FOOD SECURITY PROSPECTS BRIGHTER THAN EVER’ - presents the key results on the evolution of undernourishment figures in Sub-Saharan Africa.
