Kigali, Rwanda. By establishing intra-regional policy dialogue on gender equality in agriculture through sharing country and regional experiences, the members of the ECOWAS Network of Parliamentarians on Gender Equality and Investments in Agriculture and Food Security, will have enhanced capacities to engage in effective legislation, policy making and awareness raising that contributes to transformative change at the regional and country levels.
