Food Prices in Africa

Food Prices in Africa is a quarterly bulletin that provides the latest information on price trends of major agriculture commodities at regional and sub regional level.

The bulletin also outlines programmes activities under the FAO Initiative on Soaring Food Prices (ISFP). An initiative which works with national governments to provide targeted support to small holder farmers and rural households affected by high food prices. The bulletin is produced by the FAO Regional Office for Africa in collaboration with sub regional offices for Central, Eastern, Southern and West Africa.
