A comprehensive multimedia software application on all aspects of FMD, produced by the AVIS consortium, is now available in web-format.

GEMP (Good Emergency Management Practice in animal health) is a set of organized procedures, structures and resource management  techniques that facilitate early detection of disease or infection in an animal population, prediction of the likely spread, prompt limitation, targeted control and elimination with subsequent re-establishment of verifiable freedom from infection in accordance with the International Animal Health Code.

The GEMP Photo Library includes pictures of FMD lesions.
