This information resource section provides different categories of information related to dairy development with a main focus on small-scale processing and marketing of milk products. The publications, guidelines, manuals and papers presented here aim to assist the member countries that need information to upgrade small-scale processing techniques, while improving safety and minimising waste of milk and dairy products.
