Two pasture seed production courses were held in Arusha, Tanzania from 24 - 29 March, 2002
Organized by Dr. Sebastian Sarwatt from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Morogoro and with resource persons from Kenya (Dr. Orodho), Tanzania (Dr. Mtengeti and Esther Mollel) and Uganda (Prof. Sabiiti, Regional co-ordinator). Two courses of two days each were held from 25-26 March for 20 farmers and from 27-28 March for 13 extension workers. Training was given both in the classroom and in the field.
