Description

Greyish, pubescent-tomentose, herbaceous, erect, sub-climbing, perennial species.

Distribution

Reported by Baumer (1975) from Kordofan as a native. Does not seem to have been reported elsewhere neither in the Sahel, West Africa, nor East Africa.

Products & uses

Heavily grazed and sought after forage plant. It seems rare and has not been the object of cultivation.
