  This Cd-Rom contains information related to biochemical, molecular, physiological and structural strategies of a selected number of plants to respond to drought.
A description of some plants exploited by humans, as well as an updated bibliography including a selection of full articles, complete the CD-Rom.
The CD-Rom is addressed to young scientists and plant breeders dealing with research and development of drought resisting plants to meet the challenge of increasing production in dryland ecosystems.
