AGPC has developed or contributes to a variety of web-based information systems on plant improvement, plant biotechnology, integrated production systems and rational grassland management. They include:
 Crop Biotech Bites, an on-line journal, hosted by Ecoport, to aid policy makers on issues related to biotechnology
Country pasture/forage profiles, an on-line database of pasture/forage resources in more than 80 countries
Ecocrop, which enables users to identify suitable crops for a specified environment
Ecoport, a shared, on-line database aimed at integrating inter-disciplinary information on the Earth's biodiversity
FertiStat, on-line database: Statistics on Fertilizer Use by Crop
Grassland index, which allows searches of more than 600 grass and forage legume species by genus, Latin name and common name
Grasses/legumes image bank, containing more than 600 images of pasture and forage varieties
HORTIVAR, the Horticulture cultivars performance database, which includes data on the performance of some 750 varieties
PBBC Suveys, Plant Breeding and related Biotechnology Capacity assessments worldwide
RICEINFO, a collection of data resources, including country fact sheets and statistics on production, yields, consumption and trade
Wheat CropInfo, covering wheat production statistics, wheat-growing environments and main varieties worldwide
