GCDS Briefs
is an electronic newsletter series. It has been devised with
the intention to use telecommunications to provide a mechanism
for distribution and exchange of information relevant to the
GCDS Coordination Group and cassava issues in general. The
Group welcomes comments, suggestions from it readers and encourages
article submissions.
