PAAT’s mission is to assist tsetse affected countries in defining criteria and guidelines to alleviate and progressively remove the problem posed by T&T, both human and animal, in the broader context of food security, health, and sustainable agriculture and rural development and (SARD).

To enhance and facilitate the policy and technical dialogue, coordination and harmonization among stakeholders aiming at the development of common strategies and approaches to improve health, enhance animal production and increase income derived from livestock-agricultural activities.
