OPINION ON THE WELFARE IMPLICATIONS OF BREEDING AND BREEDING TECHNOLOGIES IN COMMERCIAL LIVESTOCK AGRICULTURE
The Farm Animal Welfare Committee (FAWC) published its Opinion on the Welfare Implications of Breeding and Breeding Technologies in Commercial Livestock Agriculture. The aim of the Opinion is to provide an overview of the animal welfare implications of selective breeding strategies and of breeding technologies.
