Message from the Moderator

After five weeks, the e-forum has received interesting and useful comments on all of the discussion papers. The exchanges between participants have also been very fruitful. At this point, you are reminded that there is only one week left before the e-forum closes on 14 November, so please send any additional contributions as soon as possible.

A message will be sent to you on 14 November to announce the closure of the e-forum. After the closure, any messages delayed during transmission will be accepted but not circulated to the participants. They will be taken into account, together with all other messages to the e-forum, in the next phase of the consultative process.

For anyone who cannot send their comments before the close of the e-forum and may still wish to do so, it will be possible to send after 14 November but not to the same address. Information about late messages will be given next week.

You will receive a summary report on the participation and output of the e-forum shortly after the closure. Meantime, please take the opportunity to send comments so that they can still be shared in the forum before it closes.
