Dear Mary,

Issues raised by you are quite ineresting. I would like to react as follows: 1. Recognition of work of experts would be possible if contribution made by each expert in the meeting is made known to all through website. Otherway is to hold video conferencing of each meeting. 2. Intellectual property right should not be applicable in sharing of scientific data. Ways and means should be devised for such purpose.
