Late messages received after the closure of the e-forum from 18 - 28 November 2003.
A number of late messages were received after the closure of the e-forum and therefore they were not distributed to the e-forum subscribers. However, it was decided to make them available through the FAO/WHO website and they will be considered as background information for the forthcoming Workshop in January 2004.
