The All ACP Agricultural Commodities Programme (AAACP) was launched in September 2007 as an initiative of the European Commission and the ACP Secretariat. The main objective of the programme is to reduce poverty while improving and stabilizing the revenues and living conditions of agricultural commodity producers in ACP countries.

L’agriculture togolaise est caractérisée par un faible taux d’adoption des semences améliorées qui est une forte raison de la faible productivité agricole au niveau national. Le Ministère de l’agriculture, de l’élevage et de la pêche (MAEP) a prévu, dans le cadre de la politique de relance de la production agricole, une série d’activités relatives au développement durable du secteur semencier national.
Build capacity of the Government of Lebanon in the establishment of appropriate national seed policy, assist to review/upgrade/revise/develop appropriate seed regulatory framework designed to facilitate the growth of the seed sector and also ensure efficiency of the system for seed and seedlings production and quality control.
